Payday Someday: Why I Believe in Heaven and Hell
by Ray Pritchard

It is an ancient question. Job 14:14 asks, “If a man dies, will he live again?” At every funeral that question is asked in one way or another. Is there life after death? If so, what happens when we die? How can we be sure? And most importantly, how can we be ready when the moment comes? What about heaven? What about hell? Are these real places or are they merely symbols that point to the universal longing for immorality? Can we still believe in heaven and hell?

Did Mickey Mantle Go to Heaven? Why I Believe in the Forgiveness of Sin
by Ray Pritchard

To be saved, you must first realize that you can’t save yourself. As long as you hold on to your self-righteousness, you cannot be forgiven. Being a Christian means you’ve come to Christ and you’ve come by faith to the cross. It means that He’s the one that will come into your heart and forgive your sin and change your way of life.

The God We Hardly Know: Why I Believe in the Holy Spirit
by Ray Pritchard

The Holy Spirit does everything to bring us to Christ, everything we need to walk with Christ in this life, and everything we need to take us safely from earth to heaven. He does it all for us and he does it for all of us. None of us could live even one day as a Christian without the aid of the Holy Spirit.

Ready to Give an Answer
by Ray Pritchard

Christianity is true. Therefore, we have nothing to lose and everything to gain by a careful examination of what we believe and why we believe it. We need hard-nosed, tough-minded, open-eyed faith.

Letters From the Bean Field
by Ray Pritchard

“And the Lord brought about a great victory.” What made the difference? One man who refused to run away. One man who turned the tide of battle and through him, God brought about a great victory. What’s the hardest part of winning a battle like that? Having the courage to take your stand in the middle of the field. If you can do that, the rest is easy. The hard part is not running away.

What Difference Does Easter Make?
by Ray Pritchard

God has answered your deepest questions with the simplicity of an empty tomb. I declare to you that Jesus Christ is alive! My friend, what will you say to that? What difference does it make to you? Will you give him your heart and your life? Will you trust him as your Lord and Savior?

Redemption: Free At Last!
by Ray Pritchard

Of all the names that the Bible gives and of all the names that believers give to Jesus Christ, none is more precious than the name Redeemer. There are other names we use more often, such as Lord and Savior, and rightly so because those too are Bible terms, but no word touches the heart like the word redeemer. When we say Redeemer, we remember what it cost him to save us. Redeemer is the name of Christ on the cross. We remember not only that he gave us salvation, but that he paid a mighty price for it.

THE P.U.I.H.
by Ray Pritchard

What does it mean to be a truly Pentecostal church? We are to be united, praying, Spirit-filled, gospel preaching and harvesting everywhere we go. May God help us, after 2000 years, to finally become like the church as it was in the beginning.
