The Incredible Adventure Begins
by Ray Pritchard

God asks of us nothing more than he asked of Abraham: That we believe His Word and act upon it. You may say, “But my faith is weak.” I’m sure it is, but God is strong. If you will put your tiny life into God’s mighty hand, he will guide you step by step. If you say, “I can’t see where I’m going,” fear not. The All-seeing God has charted your course and he will lead you to the Promised Land. God is calling you. Will you say yes?

Happy are the Sad
by Ray Pritchard

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” This is one of the strangest statements in the Bible. It is a paradox and a mystery. “Blessed are those who mourn,” said Jesus. Happy are the sad! What do these strange words mean? Who are the mourners, why are they sad, and how are they comforted?

Beyond the Crystal Ball: Why I Believe in the Second Coming of Christ
by Ray Pritchard

The signs are everywhere. Time rushes toward its appointed climax. The first rays of dawn streak the eastern sky. The countdown has begun. In heaven, the sound of trumpets and a King prepares to leave his palace. On earth, his children pray with new excitement and new understanding of the words he taught them so long ago … “Thy Kingdom Come.”

Christ B.C. Part II: Lamb of God
by Ray Pritchard

You need a Lamb! It must meet all the requirements laid out by God in Exodus 12. The lamb must die. And you must apply the blood to the doorposts of your heart. That is, you must trust in the blood for the forgiveness of your sins. Where will you find such a lamb? Look to the Cross! Gaze upon the blooding form of the Son of God! Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! Jesus is the Lamb you need. He is God’s Lamb for your sin.

Hot Coals: Loving Those You’d Rather Hate
by Ray Pritchard

In the name of Jesus, live in peace with everyone. In Jesus’ name, refuse to return evil for evil. Know that out where you live, work, study and play, there are people who won’t like you, who will attempt to hurt, who will mistreat you and then laugh about it. Go anyway, and carry with you the love of God. Go determined not to seek revenge against those who hurt you.

Cheerfulness: The Healing Power of a Merry Heart
by Ray Pritchard

We all know people who struggle with sickness and weakness, yet when you go to see them, they cheer you up. On the other hand, we all know people who are sick and yet their spirit is crushed. When you go to see them, you feel worse when you leave than when you came, because they have sucked all the life out of you as well. There is a basic relationship between your mental attitude and your physical well-being. What is on the inside eventually manifests itself physically on the outside.

Courage: How to Face Down Your Fears
by Ray Pritchard

What is courage? It is facing and dealing with dangerous and difficult situations of life. I don’t want you to add courage. You already have courage. God put it in you the moment you came to Christ. Use the courage that God has given you. You already have victory in Jesus Christ. Now live in that victory. You already have power. Use the power that God has given you.

God Wants You in Nineveh!
by Ray Pritchard

Jonah, do you hear that sound? It’s the noise of Nineveh. What’s that? You hate the Ninevites? I know you do. But Jonah, I want you to go there anyway. I’ll go with you. You do the talking and I’ll take care of the rest. Hey, where are you going? Tarshish? Have a nice trip. They tell me the fishing is great this time of the year.
