Video of My Dallas Seminary Messages

post date: October 9, 2013

Last week I spoke four times at Dallas Theological Seminary for the Nathan Maier Series in Expository Preaching. Since I spent the summer preaching on the life of Joseph, I decided to take four messages from that series and share them with the students, faculty and staff. I called the series “All Things for Good.”

In every respect it was a wonderful week of ministry. It was good to be back on the campus where I was a student almost 40 years ago. I am grateful to Dr. Mark Bailey, DTS president, for the invitation, and to Chaplain Bill Bryan for his kindness and also for his enthusiasm in leading worship. Finally, Dr. Mark Yarbrough and his staff made us feel right at home.

Here are the videos of the four messages:

Ebook: ABC’s of Wisdom

In the book of Proverbs, King Solomon left us a treasure trove of practical principles for daily living. The ardent pursuit of wisdom is every Chistian’s calling! Wisdom “is a tree of life to those who embrace her. Those who lay hold of her will be blessed.” (Proverbs 3:18)

“Equipping and encouraging people to keep believing in Jesus”

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
