“This Book Saved My Life”

Recently we received a letter from “Henry,” who is in jail on 18 felony violations. By his own testimony he never attended church except on Christmas and Easter. Then he found a copy of An Anchor for the Soul. The picture is an excerpt from his handwritten letter to us. He went on to say this:

“I search for words to describe how God has been moving in my life, but I can’t find words that are fitting. It wasn’t because I was scared of what could happen in the courtroom (I was terrified), it wasn’t for no other reason than the words in your book.that ‘planted’ the seed.”

A few sentences later he added this testimony:
