Things I Have to Do Today

Since this is my final day at home for three weeks, I decided to make a list things I need to do today. In no particular order . . .

1) Haircut—Done!

2) Ride my bike with Bert Duncn—Done!

3) Show Mark how to do make mp3 files from cassette tapes of my Christmas and Easter sermons—Done!

4) See if I can find those cassette tapes of Paul Smith teaching on 1 Corinthians 13 that Dudley Lynch gave me 37 years ago—Couldn’t find the tapes, probably in a box at the lodge.

5) Call Honda about the end of our lease—Done!

6) Print out sermon sign-up sheets/ pack refrigerator magnets / pens—Done!

7) Print out sermon notes for Maranatha—Not done yet.

8) Things to pack: travel printer, paper, cell phone wall charger, Bible, camera and cord—Done!

9) Buy supplies—Muro ointment, meds, that sort of thing—Done!

10) Get some cash—Done!

11) Update blog—Done!

12) Print boarding passes—Done!

13) Check the route to the Columbus, MS airport—Done!

14) Buy new gym shorts to replace the ratty red ones I’ve been using for three years—Done!

15) Pack Samson books and CDs—Done!

16) Check weather in Muskegon, MI—Done!

17) Go through that big pile of sermon notes in my credenza—Done!

18) Pack all my stuff in one bag plus a carry-on—Done!

19) Check on Gary’s front right paw again and ponder what to do about his limp—Done!

20) Record intros for Couples Conference podcast—Postponed.

21) Enjoy the evening because our whole family will be together for the first time since last July—We had a great night togeher.
