Something to Ponder

Something to ponder . . . “Let another person praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips» (Proverbs 27:2).

Michael Jordan didn’t have to brag.

On the other hand, we have a duty to praise others when praise is merited. The old adage “Catch them doing something right” is always good advice.

So here’s the bottom line:

Don’t brag. It’s tacky.
Say a kind word to someone today.

Pretty simple, but we’d all be better off if we took this to heart.
