Photos from the Florida State Fair

post date: February 10, 2008
Tonight Marlene and I went with Scott and Doreen Mahlstedt to visit the Florida State Fair in Tampa. Incredible weather–mid-70s, blue sky, light breeze plus vast crowds of people, music, rides, lights, cotton candy, corn dogs, deep-fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and funnel cakes. We had a blast. I’m going to post the pictures as soon as I figure out to work around the proxy server that is stopping my Flickr uploader from working. We visited the Live Prayer Gospel Tent, saw Lee Fay, and met the folks who are handing out An Anchor for the Soul. We sent them 4000 copies. They have already given out 2100.

Ebook: ABC’s of Wisdom

In the book of Proverbs, King Solomon left us a treasure trove of practical principles for daily living. The ardent pursuit of wisdom is every Chistian’s calling! Wisdom “is a tree of life to those who embrace her. Those who lay hold of her will be blessed.” (Proverbs 3:18)

“Equipping and encouraging people to keep believing in Jesus”

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
