Okay, how’s that for a headline?

Yesterday I got an email from Mark Breta who produces This is the Day! featuring Nancy Turner on WMBI-FM in Chicago. Mark asked if we could both be on the radio this morning at 10 AM CDT to talk a little about KBM and then to share recipes for Labor Day.

My only contribution to the “sharing recipes” part is to eat the final product. My cooking skills begin and end with grilling hamburgers and brats. 

So Marlene and Nancy are going to talk about Labor Day weekend, and Marlene plans to share three recipes that will appear on this weblog shortly:

Mississippi Caviar
