On January 2, 2019 I had an accident on the bike trail that wrecked my left ankle, put me in the hospital, sent me to surgery, and left me home bound for a few weeks. In this 23-minute podcast called Lessons From My Bike Accident, I talk about how it happened (It was dumb to ride on the ice!) and a few encouraging lessons along the way.
