Kind Words From Around the World

September 1, 2010

The man in the middle is Pastor Florin from Romania.

This summer we’ve been working on a tabletop display for KBM that we can take with us when we travel. As part of that project, Marlene gathered some of the comments we’ve received from people around the world regarding this ministry. Today she showed me what she had put together. It’s far more than we need for the display and more than I can list here. As I read it my own heart was encouraged with what God is doing. Sometimes in the midst of doing the day-to-day stuff, you can lose sight of the big picture. I think I’m going to come back to these quotes from time to time to remind myself of why we do what we do, especially when we’re packing for another trip.

Here are some of the testimonies that encouraged me:

“Thank you for being an encourager and a coach and a mentor to me and my ministry.” Pastor Charles from Uganda

“Through you I have discovered move of the God I am serving. Thank you for being my mentor and friend.” Pastor George in the Philippines
