How to have “Mega-Faith”

June 1, 2017

Lately I’ve been studying the story of Jesus telling the Canaanite woman that you shouldn’t give the children’s bread to the dogs (Matthew 15:21-28). I wanted to know why Jesus would say something that seems shocking and perhaps even cruel.

Out of that study came a message called Mega-Faith. Along the way I discovered that Charles Spurgeon loved this story so much that he preached no less than 10 different sermons on it.

It turns that this is a wonderful story about how we all come to God the same way–on the basis of grace.

Would you like Mega-Faith? You can have it but you have to come to Jesus on his terms and never give up.

You might enjoy reading Mega-Faith because even the dogs get fed. (Read the sermon to find out what that means!)
