Good Words for Today: May 1

Even after I depart from this earth, and even if all my prayers are not answered, I can rest assured that God will continue to care for my family. What a source of comfort this is. After I’m gone, God’s faithfulness will persist for our children, our grandchildren, and even for the great-grandchildren who are yet to be born. I do not know how much time we have left until we reach the end of our earthly road. But this I know: That road is paved with God’s love and faithfulness. And we need not be afraid.
