Good Words for Today: January 25

“See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these” (Matthew 6:28-29). Lilies don’t worry about anything because God takes of them even though they are here today and gone tomorrow. But you are going to live forever somewhere. That makes you infinitely more valuable than the lilies of the field. If that’s true—and it is—then you don’t have to worry about what you are going to wear. God will pick out your wardrobe for you. He will make sure you have what you need.
