Egyptian Martyrs Remembered

You never know what a day will bring forth on the radio.

All of us remember the horrific video of ISIS beheading 21 Egyptians Coptic because of their Christian faith. Here’s another chapter in the story. American Family Radio invited listeners write brief messages to the families of those men who died. Hundreds responded. Those messages were translated and delivered today (November 3) to those families living in villages near Cairo. Tom Doyle, author of Killing Christians, called in from Egypt to report on his visit with the family members.

The resulting interview is powerful and deeply moving. Tom told us that the families were strong in their faith and were proud that the men had gone to their death without renouncing Jesus.
