The answer to this question is that Jesus Christ is able to supernaturally reveal himself to people who have not heard or have no way of hearing the Gospel. He appeared to Saul on the road to Damascus in Acts 9:4-15. There are also numerous stories of believers from all over the world who had visions of Jesus Christ and because of those visions, came to know Christ and his salvation. So, yes Jesus Christ is able to supernaturally reveal himself to someone but it is not the normal method expressed in passages like Acts 16:30-34 where the Gospel is preached and a response is given. The Bible has been given to us so that we might “...preach the Word.” (2 Timothy 4:2) so that all may hear the Gospel.For a more information take a look at this sermon by Pastor Ray:
