Bolivia!

We arrived in Santa Cruz about 11:30 PM where we were met by Tom Throssel, one of the SAM missionaries. We met Tom and Janine in the mid-90s when they were students at Moody Bible Institute and attended Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park. We spent the night at the SAM center in Santa Cruz. This morning the weather is warm, muggy and breezy, with partly cloudy skies. Since we are south of the equator, it’s summer here, with temps in the high 80s and low 90s. Quite a change from winter in the US. This afternoon we head out to a resort outside Santa Cruz where the conference starts tonight.
