8:17 PM Today’s entry in the Crosswalk weblog is called A Letter From Prison. 9:18 AM Dawn Eden explains how coming to faith in Christ changed her views on abortion. Her story illustrates a profound biblical truth: Until the heart is changed, we will never see things from God’s point of view. This doesn’t mean that working for social righteousness has no value. It has great value, but only as God also does what only God can do—changes hearts from the inside out. After we have done all we can do—such as signing petitions for the Federal Marriage Amendment—we must still say, “The battle belongs to the Lord.” 7:35 AM Two more books on my summer reading list: Game Time: A Baseball Companion by Roger Angell. Powerful Conversations by Phil Harkins. 7:32 AM I have an interview with WKTO radio in New Smyrna Beach, Fl at 11 AM. We’ll be talking about Beyond All You Could Ask or Think.
