7:53 PM Here are the latest entries in the Crosswalk weblog: The Misleading and Amusing UCC Ad It’s Okay to say “Merry Christmas” 8:14 AM Kudos to Oak Park Christian Academy for presenting a wonderful Christmas program last night. The students did a super job presenting a “The First Leon.” Family members and friends completely filled the main floor of the sanctuary. Sitting in the back with Marlene, I thought about how far the school has come since its beginning a decade ago. I remember programs in the early years where the students and families together just rattled around in our sanctuary. Now they fill it up. By the way, the vast majority of the crowd last night was not from our church. It’s exciting to see the school continue to expand its vision of “educating for eternity” to reach so many new families from Chicago and the western suburbs. 8:10 AM Tuesday shout-out to Jeff Hale in Sacramento, Willie Woods, Vickie Kern, Roger and Regina Krenzin, Amanda Jayne Whitnell, and to Kimberly Stackhouse.
