10:40 PM The latest entry in the Crosswalk weblog is called Ken Trainor Has a Good Point. 11:05 AM Thursday shout-out to Madge Laitala, Matthew and Jack Sagin, Wilbur Ellsworth, Chuck Samec, Ryan Whitley and Buddy Gray in Birmingham, AL, Wanda Draus, Naomi Johnson and to David Huizing. 10:50 AM So what do you think I’m doing right now? Those who know me well know the answer to that question. I’m working on my income tax. In fact, the people who know me extremely well wonder why I’m doing it early this year when I could wait until tomorrow. Right now I’m slogging through the numbers using my Turbo Tax software. Hopefully I’ll be done soon. 9:10 AM Here’s an excellent suggestion from a friend regarding how we can finish paying for the Legacy Campaign by Thanksgiving:

I figured out how we can all make it to finishing off the money we owe. Over the next 32 weeks, I’ll get paid every two weeks. If I give $56 every two weeks, until the due date, I will have given 896 dollars (56 x 16=896). If just 1000 people at Calvary would give 56 dollars in the way I have just described, we will pay off what we need=896,000 dollars.
