11:07 PM The latest entry in the Crosswalk weblog is called Alice Cooper and Me. 10:06 PM Earlier this evening Marlene and Mark and I visited the Brown Cow Ice Cream Parlor on Madison Street in Forest Park. When we saw Connie Brown at church this AM, she told us that business has been good, even during the winter months. Tonight the place was jammed with a constant stream of customers. Mark had an chocolate-peanut butter ice cream cone, Marlene had a wondrous Root Beer Float in an old-timey soda glass, and I had a very satisfying chocolate malt. Earlier in the afternoon, Ted King and I did a bike ride along the route I mentioned in my sermon today.
