8:01 PM Today’s entry in the Crosswalk weblog is called Mark’s Madness. 9:24 AM This afternoon I’m helping officiate at the wedding of Kate Haveson and Mike Hubbell. Pastor Dale Johnsen from the Heart of the Valley Community Church in Reseda, California is also taking part. I met Dale and his wife Karen last night during the rehearsal. We overlapped for one year at Dallas Seminary. My fourth year was his first year. He told me he is flying back to California this afternoon because he has to preach tomorrow morning. It’s great having them in Oak Park, if only for a day or two. 9:18 AM Tomorrow is Time Change Sunday. That means that we lose an hour tonight: Spring forward in spring. So it’s really 10:18 AM.
