On My Way to the Philippines

October 20, 2017

This morning I’m starting a 24-hour journey that will take me to Hong Kong and then to Manila. I’m on my way to teach Daniel at Word of Life Bible Institute in the Philippines. I’m excited about the opportunity to teach the Word to young people who will be the leaders of tomorrow. My first flight takes 16 hours from Dallas to Hong Kong. I figure that’s 3 meals and 4 movies. Then a short flight to Manila.

Please pray for me that God will grant journey mercies, good health, and the ability to teach his Word clearly. God willing, I’ll fly back to Dallas a week from Sunday. Check out this link to learn more about Word of Life Philippines: http://www.wolphils.org/

Ebook: In His Steps

No one who met our Lord ever stayed the same. If Christmas tells us why Jesus came, then Easter tells us he fully accomplished his mission. In between those two events we have the whole life of Christ. That’s our focus as we walk “In His Steps”, a book of 47 devotionals for the season of Lent (the period of time leading up to Easter).

“Equipping and encouraging people to keep believing in Jesus”

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
